Introduction

This Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature. This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between you (the User) and The OTTO Forum Inc. (TOF) The terms of this Privacy Policy will be considered effective by use of the extension and will govern the relationship between you and TOF concerning your use of the extension “OTTO” (defined below). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the extension you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this extension. By providing us your Information or by making use of the facilities provided by the extension, you hereby consent to the collection, storage, processing of your Non-Personal Information by us as specified under this Privacy Policy. You further agree that such collection, use, storage and transfer of your Information shall not cause any loss or wrongful gain to you or any other person.

Information we collect and its usage
Your relationship with us starts after you install our chrome extension. The use of OTTO is expressly and exclusively intended for subscribing members of the online mTurk worker forum, The OTTO Forum. Use of OTTO is so restricted by the means of a user-specific passphrase (Key) granted to authorized members of TOF. Any unauthorized usage of OTTO immediately voids any rights you may have otherwise had under this policy, while still preserving any and all rights held by TOF. No identifying information belonging to users of OTTO is saved by TOF except for the (Key) which we grant upon the acquisition by you of a paid Tier Membership described above.

Neither OTTO nor TOF ever has access to your payment information, which is stored by an outside processing company only after you approve its storage during the payment process.
Subscription Payments
Payment for your OTTO subscription is on a monthly basis. Upon agreement to an OTTO subscription, an onboarding fee of $18 will be assessed. This onboarding fee covers the creation of your OTTO Key, download link, and service covering the period of time between the time of your subscription’s creation and the next billing cycle date. Your OTTO membership is NOT active until you have made payment of your onboarding fee.
All OTTO subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date, that being 12:00 GMT on the 27th of each month.
All OTTO subscriptions are set on an auto-pay basis only. Your card will therefore be automatically charged each month for the subsequent month’s service each month at the above mentioned date and time.
Any invoice that fails to auto-pay will result in an invoice being sent. If this invoice is not paid in full within 3 days, or the member does not contact the administration to arrange for an alternate arrangement, the member’s OTTO key will be deactivated. Should the member pay the invoice at a later time, or wish to regain services at a later time, a reconnect fee of $2 will be accessed.
A member may cancel their OTTO membership at any time by contacting the administration via email. Once this contact has been made, there will be no subsequent billing until and unless a renewal of services is desired by the member. Members who contact TOF regarding cancellations (at the time of cancellation) will NOT be assessed a reconnect fee when and if they decide to return at a later date.
The only information that TOF retains about its members is their forum username, password, email address, and IP information (which is used only as a means to verify your location during registration to thwart unwarranted access such as Russian hackers)
Neither OTTO nor TOF has direct access to your Amazon worker ID beyond your own login...as does any scraper you may use, Panda Crazy, etc. This is why it is necessary for all OTTO users to be logged into the mTurk system while using OTTO. OTTO calls upon the mTurk servers on the user's behalf. We definitely do not store worker IDs, sell or trade in worker IDs, and actively discourage this practice at every opportunity.

We do not share the data you generate while using our extension to any third parties.
Information Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption. All information gathered on our extension is securely stored within our controlled database. The database access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited. However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. However the internet is an ever evolving medium. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.
Complaints & Concerns

Any complaints or concerns in relation to your Personal Information or content of this extension or comment or breach of use of the extension or any intellectual property of any User shall be immediately forwarded to TOF Administration through email signed with the electronic signature.
